We have identified and issue with the mobile deposit feature working after upgrading to IOS 12.1. At this time we are working with our mobile provider and Apple to resolve the issue. If you are a mobile deposit user we are recommending you hold off on upgrading until the issue is resolved.

How to change your username
  1.  Log into your account

  2. Click to expand "My Profile"

  3. Click on "Change User ID"

  4. Get a security code, or answer a security question.

  5. Enter your current ID (Typically your account number), then enter a new and secure username.
